Finally, I successfull create small stuff I call it 
"Interactive WS_EX_LAYERED Form".

The different this form with common WS_EX_LAYERED is, it allow you to interact with mouse: drag, click, PopUp-Menu, etc.

This demo is done in 2day, but I've been dream this in 3 years.

To run this program, you need to extract pictures-folder [img] in the same .exe folder.
