This is a minor Whitebeam update. The most significant change beyond bug fixes 
it to allow Whitebeam to interpret the character encoding for POST data on 
behalf of the application. This is particularly significant in the case where
the data is UTF-8 encoded - which is generally the case in JSON formatted data.
By calling rb.page.formdata(true) the UTF-8 encoding will be detected via the
CharSet encoding and correctly pulling into JavaScript.
