New to this vesion:
* Tabs put back in
* Versions of the maps on different computers at the same IP location, even different browsers on the same computer, should be different because the system no longer uses IP address as differentiator.
* Zoom works but is ungainly and requires uses to navigate up and down on the page with scroll bar on the right.
* The image map works more precisely at zoomed in magnification.

To Do
* Create a tinyurl like solution to allow users to return their previously colored map.
* Hook up rasterbator type solution to allow users to print world maps of any size with any paper size.
