Please cleanup headers and add more documentation. The library is crossplaftorm, but still need window istances (platform dependent). Would be much more valuable more examples of usage with pre-existing libraries. SDL, SFML and some 3d engine (like ogre and irrlicht).. I especially reccomend SFML and Irrlicht wich are simple in use and well known libraries (with minimum input support, wich also are very well OO designed stuff while SDL is still a C library). Thread safety considerations? what if I have multiple windows each one runnin in a different thread?

Simple, effective, portable. Much better than SDL or coding your own native stuff for performance.

Needs some work on the documentation end but it is easy to setup and use and includes force feedback which is tough to find especially in a portable lib

Good solution for multi platform support.
