Now has an option to set the random seed. This means that probability estimates are now deterministic from run to run. Requires libsbm >= 3.1.

The hashtable used to accumulate words that occur in an instance in determineDictionary() used contains() to check for a word rather than containsKey(). This doesn't produce incorrect output but does have a performance impact. Fixed.
