+ CHANGED: show linked document description in choose list if the field is related to another document
+ BUG FIXED: unable to upload multiple files for file-type custom fields at the same time
+ BUG FIXED: delete orphan custom field related files (image/audio/video/file)
+ BUG FIXED: EXCEPTION CAUGHT! approval/reject forms without history tables

For users who have installed webTareas v2.5, please apply the following steps:
1. download webTareas-v2.5p1-patch.zip
2. replace the files within webTareas-v2.5p1-patch.zip

This version is for PHP7.x only. For PHP5.x, please use webTareas v1.12 instead.
