+ BUG FIXED: [webtareas:tickets] #38 change font size in the help box in administrator/viewexchangerates.php file to avoid wrapping

For users who have installed webTareas v2.0p6, please apply the following steps (webTareas v2.0p7 patch):
1. download webTareas-v2.0p7-patch.zip
2. replace the files within webTareas-v2.0p7-patch.zip

For users who have installed webTareas v2.0p5, please apply the following steps:
1. apply webTareas v2.0p6 patch.
2. apply webTareas v2.0p7 patch.

For users who have installed webTareas v2.0p4, please apply the following steps:
1. apply webTareas v2.0p5 patch.
