Fixes

• Add-on sandbox now loads on Windows. WebView2 (Chromium) enforces frame-ancestors, which 'none' was silently blocking — every add-on failed with a sandbox load timeout. Relaxed to 'self' so the app can frame its own sandbox document while still preventing foreign framing. (#1231)
• Provider quotes prioritized over broker fallbacks for more accurate pricing. (#1231)
• Add-on sandbox background tracks the live host theme — no more stale dark background after the app resolves its real theme. (#1236)
• Health Center issues are now localized. Titles and messages render in your selected language via stable issue codes + params (27 codes), instead of always English. (#1223)
• Relaxed the stale-price health warning threshold so normal quote gaps no longer trigger a warning. (#1235)
• Added MCP support for applying reviewed asset classification drafts, including a new classification:write scope, targeted UI refresh after external classification updates, and safer audit redaction for classification commit requests.

Add-ons

• New duotone-Phosphor sidebar icon set — a curated, typed vocabulary of 80 add-on icons (AddonIconName) with compile-time validation and autocomplete, replacing the old ~20-entry map. Unknown names fall back to a caret-right icon. (#1236)
