Use the following instructions to setup a node on Windows Server.

Download the Windows QT wallet from SourceForge

Extract the zip file weacoin-qt-windows.zip.

Close your wallet and create the file weacoin.conf in the folder “%APPDATA%\weacoin\”.

Paste the following text into weacoin.conf and save the file.
rpcuser=weacoin75575
rpcpassword=pass1228999
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
listen=1
server=1
txindex=1
addnode=185.104.249.112
addnode=weacoin.ml

Close file & save
Run weacoin-qt.exe
Done! Your own Windows Weacoin node is running.
