Warmup Calculator Read-Me Version 1.0 This is a pretty staightforward program. It is self-contained. To use, simply run it. Type in your desired workout weight and it will calculate common warmup percentages for you. It will also tell you how to load each side of the bar. The program assumes a standard 45lb Olympic bar, and calculates how many plates of which tyupe to place on each side for each warmup weight. It will get as close as possible without going over the intended weight. All use of this in your workouts is at your own risk. Use of the program to calculate weights does not mean you can actually lift those weights.
