This application seems to have made the leap over the complexity barrier. It's easy to learn (though some UX pieces need to be addressed) and everything is visually represented on the design surface. It's still quite light on features but it's stable and secure. Looking forward to see where this service bus will be in the next few months. Currently they offer support through their community forum which looks active and very well used. Paid support is coming soon.
