User Model Authoring Tool

What is it?
-----------

Web based tool which creates and display an editable tree structure of User Model (UM) variables. 
Functionality to Add, Edit and Delete UM Variables. The tree structure is exported in an XML format.

UM Variables Web Service - a web service which allows UM variables to be set for a specific user and stores the UM variables
in a MySQL database.

UM Editor - a web based user model editor which takes as input a UM Variable structure in the XML format and presents a form to 
the user where he can view the scrutable UM variable values and edit the changeable UM variable values. 

Cultural Stereotype Importer - tool which accesses a remote web service and pass the value of the UM.Country variable. The web
service will return a list of key-value pairs in XML.
