A program that can change desktop wallpaper and window border color simultaneously. Can be used with Windows(c) Aero only.

Windows 7 Color Changer can assign an unique color for each of your wallpaper. It also can rotate wallpapers just as default theme manager do.

Features:
1. Changing wallpaper and window color af defined intervals.
2. Autodetect best color for current wallpaper (experimental)
