V1.1: Release. 

V1.2: Added Code for the stop button to test if CMD is already running. 

V1.3: Added Pictures to see if the network is already running, and added       messages if your try to start/stop an already running/stopped network.

V1.4 Code cleanup, in fact I deleted the pictures because it would require a       setup.
