■Overview VSSDetector is a tool that allows general users to access the hidden "VSS Snapshot" functionality created by Windows restore points. It extracts the dedicated paths of snapshots created by restore points, enabling the use of snapshots with VSS path-compatible software such as 7-Zip. By using VSS paths as backup sources, you can continue editing original files even while backup processing is running.

■System Requirements • Tested on: Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Compatible with Windows 7 SP1 or later) • PowerShell 2.0 or later (Included with Windows) • PC environment with administrator privileges • System restore functionality enabled • Recommended backup software: 7-Zip (available at https://www.7-zip.org/)

■Installation・Uninstallation 【Installation】 Extract the downloaded files to any folder and run ChaL-VSSDetector-en.bat with administrator privileges. 【Uninstallation】 Delete the entire folder.

■Usage 1. Right-click ChaL-VSSDetector-en.bat and select "Run as administrator" 2. Snapshot information in the system is automatically analyzed and displayed 3. Use the extracted VSS paths with VSS path-compatible software (Example: Paste VSS path into 7-Zip File Manager address bar to browse snapshots, restore files, or archive target folders) For detailed usage instructions, please refer to the included "01-What_VSSDetector_Can_Do" and "02-VSSDetector_Quick_Guide".

■インストール・アンインストール 【インストール】 ダウンロードしたファイルを任意のフォルダに解凍し ChaL-VSSDetector-ja.batを管理者権限で実行してください。 【アンインストール】 フォルダごと削除してください。

■使用方法 1. ChaL-VSSDetector-ja.batを右クリックして管理者権限で実行 2. システム内のスナップショット情報が自動解析され表示 3. 抽出されたVSSパスをVSSパス対応ソフトで利用 （例：VSSパスを7-Zip File Managerのアドレスバーに貼り付け、スナップショットの閲覧、ファイル復元、対象フォルダをアーカイブなど）
