Voyager IA Extracts Files

The zip archive  ("ia-scripts.zip") in Files contains
two Perl scripts for automating the export of Voyager
ILS data for Intota Assessment:

	ia-acqcirc.pl
	ia-marc.pl

The ia-acqcirc.pl script is for exporting acquisitions, 
circulation, and item data.  The ia-marc.pl script is 
for exporting MARC (bibliographic and MFHD) records.

There is a minimal amount of required configuration 
required for each script to run on your system, e.g.:

  Your database name (i.e. "xxxdb" name)
  An email address for the log file recipient
  Your ORACLE_HOME path
  Your read-only Voyager reports login credentials
  Your Serials Solutions FTP server info

There are additional optional configuration parameters.

Once you have the scripts configured and in the 
directory you created on your Voyager server, view the 
manual page by running the scripts with the "--man" 
option flag:

	ia-acqcirc.pl --man

	ia-marc.pl --man
