Control Interface Victor 86C, Voltcraft Files

######### Voltcraft Communication Interface ##########
This is an interface used to program and control Voltcraft DPPS-32-15 Power Supply, and to log data from Victor 86C Multimeter.
It's an all-in-one solution to use the two instruments at the same time for Scientific, Research and Study purposes.
Functions avaible are the following:
-Victor 86C USB HID connection protocol
-86C data reading and logging
-COM port selection
-Voltcraft DPPS-32-15 control and logging
-Continuous reading of Voltage and Current
-Continuous logging of Voltage and Current in a Chart with the option to export data to csv file
-Possibility to set logging rate from 50 ms
-Turn ON and OFF instrument
-Set Voltage and Current
-Set a custom voltage loop to play and reiterate
-Reiteration possible in three ways: for a fixed time, for a fixed number of cycles and until the STOP button is pressed
-Open/Save your project
-Export to excel spreadsheet
-Real time Heat exchange monitor and logging
-Real time Power consumption monitor and logging

In this major update, the important change is that the release is no longer an alpha unstable release, but now it is the first beta version of the software.
Several fixing has been done on this release, and new features have been introduced.
The interface is now visual-friendly, and an export-to-excel has been introduced.
Another feature introduces is real time power consumption calculator, to monitor how much energy you are consuming during the test.
An export to excel (xlsx) file has been added, so now you can save to excel spreadsheet all data from all charts in one time.

In this version further bugfixing has been done, it has been added a Heat Real Time Integrator (to be used with temperature function of Victor 86C) that starts from polynomial interpolated functions of heat capacities versus temperature. A water and air interpolated function is loaded by default, and custom expressions can be added
