Thanks for your patience with this beta by testing.

Version for XP is compiled with Microsoft C# Express 2005, Base version is compiled with C# in Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013.

VLCLauncher don't work with vlc 2.1.0-2.1.1 (impossible to set) for -height and -language commands: "Rincewind" named version can't lauch choosing custom qt interface language. Custom hight video will be set only if try use clone filter after lauching, really appear that videos was suddenly resized not according command setting but internally option works properly.

Added "Run MTN" button in base tab for reading info of video files (only video files), reformatted and so fast included in info text box, using your Movie Thumbnailer installation (mtn-200808a-win32 binary from http://moviethumbnail.sourceforge.net/). Use only above mentioned version of mtn! (Output is reformatted reading this version layout).
Advanced event repetition management added in Timer - more complex. Unrepeatable events will be automatically deleted. Events not started (timer not enabled), will be automatically updated when timer will be enabled.


0.6.2.7 as removed 0.6.2.6 (into 0.6.2.6 release, program don't updated "Visible" property of last inserted combo box causing malfunction, indipendently from code. Using now "Enabled" property.).
Added qt4 monitor number option for fullscreen in multi monitor mode.
I dont have multi monitor system and I couldn't to test, I'm not sure that it works by using skins.

I try solve some problems of visualization using default xp theme (I use currently a modified theme in windows classic mode, usefull for past published versions). Using past published versions, sometimes, components as track bar or combo box will cover labels or informations: customizing windows theme, reducing height of trackbar, this can be usefull. In navigation mode, you can select your folder that contain .ccf files. VLC Launcher will display all files placed there (not in subfolders). In this mode, each file can be loaded performing double click over file name: (e.g. if you have 1000 .ccf files in a folder and each .ccf files link 500 .mcf files, now you can access shortly 500000 .mcf files...).

Timer function:
If timer is active, Vlc Launcher show an icon in systray that if clicked try to show three next scheduled events (according to max string lenght that can be show in text).
In some cases, duration of an event can be set using "clip" function of Vlc Launcher: saving settings of .mcf file, duration will be scheduled managing "stop time". 
A suggestion: schedule internet radio programs, internet tv programs... streaming...

Filter Rating: allowed multiple selections: you now can chose, in navigation mode, to show only items you marked assigning rating, by custom group rating you decide. (e.g. 10,09,08; 09,08,07; 10,05,01 and so on, in each combination you need). 
Important:
Clicking over rating group gold label, you enter in edit mode: click another time for exit edit mode showing effect of done.

Added rating filter and classification (1 to 10) accessible if remove void items in check box is checked. Ratings will be saved in .ccf file (different .ccf files may contain different values). Added copy and paste function in listbox via right clicking: can paste items copied to clipboard as text also launching multiple instances - .ccf files loaded, of Vlc Launcher. Ratings will not be copied.

Added ram button for reading memory used by this program (in "Base" tab, pressing button will be add a new form, I suggest don't open useless multiples instances of forms "RAM" without closing that opened. This form will be showed "on top" and can be minimized. Peaks of ram will be reached and will set free by your O.S according your O.S settings and use).
Note: Using this program, in case of failed update of edited options, try closing all instances of VLC launched by this program (processes launched are linked).

Note that .ccf files don't contain data of .mcf files but linked them, so, if you move or delete a .mcf file linked to .ccf file, relatives setting don't will be loaded. Files generated by this program are in text format, but modifying them with a text editor can generate errors.

Now, when not selected automatically by integrated web browser, you can copy each link of any network media file and paste it into text box at bottom of browser. Pressing "Set Net Media File" button, URI is set for opening with VLC and settings may be saved. Error is generated if you set not well formatted uri (error in custom address). Stopping browser or pressing "Set Net Media File" Stop browser from updating media automatic selector, specially if page contain active content. Button Go, Bach and Forward  Bach and Forward re-active this updating function.

Translation made with an automatic system.
NEVER modify language files placed in setup folder (if doing so, for security reasons  this application will not be installed). 
You can modify:
Language files that will be placed in your installation folder (user local settings) in an Apps\2.0\ subfolder (try search "VLCLauncher.exe" in your "Document and Settings" subfolders for retrieve them).
So you can modify your Language file according to Interface.txt file syntax.
Char "#" must be "#" of latin alphabet, don't modify numbers after "#".
Files must be saved as UTF8 Encoding as text files. I used Linux kate and MS Write of XP for char "#" replacement in rare cases.
Program load language files with UTF8 Encoding option.

In this revision:
- If in single instance and launching file with new settings, now this program close last instance of vlc and reopen immediately a new instance for applying new settings. Switching from multi instance to single instance unchecking option in "base" tab, if you close last instance opened in single instance mode, if more than one opened, new settings may not be applied. In this case, close all instances of vlc. Now used two alternatives config files that are named vlcLauncherRc0 and vlcLauncherRc1 generated in user temp folder.

I am developing more sections, if any problem compare vlcrc file and vlclauncherrc file generated in user temp folder for launch vlc, with option --config

VLCLauncher.publish folder will be linked with program after installation inside start menu tree

NOTE
All settings saved in file .ini may be reload. For each file you can save different settings as different clips for parts you decide. I'm planning to organize a ".ini" file management section in future, now you can in your filesystem. E.g., don't edit media but load different parts with different settings and filters remaining media file intact.
