This version vJoy is targeted at Application & Driver diveloppers. You have read access to the sources. The current folder includes two files:

1. Driver installer (vJoy_x86x64_I290512.exe)

2. Demo Applications (vJoy2.0.0Apps.zip)

The installer is made of two layers:

1. Inno Setup wrapper that wrapps two (x86 + x64) vJoyInstall executables

2. vJoyInstall executable that does the actual installation of the Device Driver

The log file for the Inno Setup wrapper is called Setup Log 2011-11-01 #xxx.txt and is located under %TEMP% folder. (xxx can be any number in the range 001-999).

The log file for the executable is called vJoyInstall.log and located in the vJoy folder (C:\Program Files\vJoy).

The applications zipped in vJoy2.0.0Apps.zip are:

• vJoyConf:

  Configures vJoy devices.

  • Installs the devices (1 to 16 devices).

  • Configures each device separately

  • Can be used to reset to default device.

  Note: Separate x86/x64 folders

• vJoyClient:

  • Demonstrate a simple feeder application.

  • Command line application. Accepts the target vJoy device ID (1-16) as parameter.

  Note: Separate x86/x64 folders

• vJoyDemo:

  • Demonstrate a feeder application.

  • Full GUI

  • Use it to both set vJoy Device position and to get the individual device' capabilities.

** I290512:**

Listing:

• vJoy_x86x64_I290512.exe : vJoy device driver installer. Target machines are Windows7, Vista and XP. 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
• vJoy2.0.0Apps.zip : Utilities vJoyConf and vJoyDemo along with the needed DLL files. Place all files in one folder.

Bugs Fixed:

• Installer wrapper failed on x64 installations that are not loaded with the default boot loader. Full discussion in vJoy Forum
• Failed to install on top of vJoy 1.0.3
