ViZDoom 1.3.1 Release Notes

This release focuses on maintenance, providing bug fixes and documentation improvements, it drops Python 3.9 support, and adds support for s390x (IBM Z) architecture. It also introduces the category attribute for state.objects, which was previously introduced for state.labels in version 1.3.0.
