  • It works like a charm!!
  • First, the docs only say it works on Windows XP, but I am using it on Windows 10. The home page delivers a 404 error. However, the software runs great. There is no active support for it, but there is a lot of info on Sourceforge. There is this old page at Stanford. . It has a great example of how to download an entire website. You can probably get other examples if you look up Wget's help. It's just a GUI to run Wget, so you just need to figure out what Wget's command line options need to be set in the options . It says it needs Microsoft Framework 2.0 installed. It was in my Windows 10 install. Under help, the only thing left is a discussion group. It is still there with a lot of information. It seems to be abandon too.
  • Awesome... Exactly what I needed. Advanced wget functions without the bloat of other gui downloaders. The author seems to have moved to google. khomsanph.net/apps/visualwget
  • I like it, works with many features and intuitive design. I hope I could get "Minimize to Tray" function at next release. ;)
