The subdirectories Francais and English of http://sourceforge.net/projects/visualfigaro/files/Doc_and_examples/ contain articles, user manuals and ready-to-use KB3 databases. 
These databases are the files with extension .mdb. They must be opened in the software KB3: cf. http://sourceforge.net/projects/visualfigaro/files/KB3/
