Notes:
This is the first release so there is possibly things that are broken, not working or not implemented yet.


Install:
1. Copy VisualAPRS.exe, APRS.dll, GPS.dll and config.ini to desired location.
2. Run VisualAPRS.exe and ok any com port errors.
3. Click the "!" mark in the lower right corner to configure settings.
4. Restart VisualAPRS to apply the changes
