Updates to ViReMa version 0.3

 - Some performance optimisations.

 - Fixed Fuzz Handling Bug.

 - Now introduced a maximum 'fuzz' level.  The default value for this is the length of the seed.  Longer regions will not be reported due to the ambiguity.  


Option:

--MaxFuzz

Select maximum allowed length of fuzzy region. Recombination events with longer fuzzy regions will not be reported. Default is same as Seed Length.
