VEC is a tool that helps in converting videos. Many people have difficulty
in determining the final value of a conversion, or even calculate a new resolution
for a video. Thinking about it, I decided to create the VEC, grabbed some
calculations I always do using a calculator and passed to a program and the
results I got were better than I expected.
