Added option "keep subtitles" in v1.10.0.0.
Although it sounds trivial, it is implemented for Transcode and Multiple files Convert options, so that you don't loose subtitles in the conversion process. It was possible to achieve the same before, with manual editing, for most users it was pain in the ass.
Apart from that, the ffmpeg is bumped to the latest v8 "Huffman", which supports more HW decoding/encoding.
