README for Video Activity Coder v1.2

What’s new in v1.2?

1. Cueing videos by double clicking on the activity log was not working properly in v1.1. This bug has been fixed.
2. The playback speed no longer goes down to zero. That option was causing problems for playback.
3. Buttons for jumping forward or backward 10 seconds have been added.
4. Instead of double clicking on the progress slider, users can drag the slider to change locations within a video.

This desktop program can assist in coding events recorded in MP4 files.
