Virtual Ghost Explorer
Virtual Ghost Explorer makes it possible for you to share folder structures with other users, letting them know about the collection of files you own and the way it is organized in categories. For instance, you can use it to let a friend choose the songs in your library he or she wants you to send over.
Folder structures are saved locally in a VGE formatted file (*.vge). It can be viewed online with Corderoski's VGE Web Viewer without any tools.

Install / Use
For using Virtual Ghost Explorer, just download and decompress the zip.
You'll can to read any VGE file created by others users always as the file wasn't manually modified, maing it invalid for reading.
About the Project
Coded in C# with 3.5 .NET Framework.
The VGE file's are lightweight JSONs with recursive data.
