Vexed Setup.exe is the main installer for the game and requires Windows XP, Vista or 7.  If .NET 4 is not already installed it will be downloaded and installed whilst the game is installing.

Vexed.zip contains the game files necessary to run without an installer and simply needs extracting to any directory.  It will not run unless .NET 4 is already installed.

This version is classed as stable but unfinished.  Please see the To Do list in the wiki for the list of unfinished features.
