The zip file contained herein is a prebuild database for use with ensemblGeneAnnotator.pl. Simply download and unzip the zip file to a directory of your choosing. You may then pass the location of the unzipped 'ensAnnotator' folder to the '-d' argument of ensemblGeneAnnotator.pl.
