VB.NET Rocketdock Enhanced Settings Files

This folder contains the program binaries and associated resources so you can
just unzip into a folder and run the utility.

The zip file is quite large, the binary is actually very small but the icon 
libraries that are packaged with the utility are comprehensive.

Note, you must have Rocketdock installed first.

Later there will be an installer that will do all this for you.

At the moment the program has only been tested on Windows 7 with UAC lowered 
and the program having full admin rights. You may not be happy to run this way.
I can only say hold on whilst I test with UAC raised, I'll fix bugs and upload
new versions as I do so, the need for lowering UAC will hopefully go away,
