VBCad attempts to recreate oldschool vector graphics for use with the Raccoon BBS.\par
its interface has a main window with butions and drop down menues to select.\par
the VBcad tool box allows you to do the fun stuf like creating 3d shapes that you can use in games.\par
VBCad is origonally coded in Visual basic 4.0 it doe snot need any special dlls ,ocx ect to work.\par
its functions are written in pure vb.\par
the licence for vbcad is (freeware) as in free beer.\par
the associated programs that work with vbcad are growing and many in development.\par
but one in particular is the RaccoonBBS a program that allows you to use the sprites you create with programs you write in its basic interpriter.\par
