Although a minor release this pushes a lot of big features of the system:

    Test Management
        Create Test Plans and Test cases
        Relate steps within each test case to a list of requirements
        Assign execution to an user.
    Test Execution
        Add attachments
        Add Comments
        Add issues
        Automatic record of start and end time for each step
    Test Review
        If configured to do so, test execution must be reviewed by quality

Also support for rendering documents as PDF was added with proper configuration.
