Added support for images up to 300 million pixels (from 150 million)

Improved batch conversion UI
Improved video and image conversion speed
Minor bug fixes

Known issues:

Windows locking the file cache with the antivirus which causes some conversions to take a lot longer. Same reason as to why VLC is slow now.
