Created a portable windows version
Added windows and linux cli compat which is created along with the install
Supports more compression flexibility via cli
Adds more flexibility to batch conversion
.tif and .tiff image input/output support
Large folder handling now uses streamed directory scanning instead of loading every filename into memory
Linux installation now cleans stale UwUConverter file-manager entries before recreating them
