** Changelog: http://sourceforge.net/p/uumate/blog/ **

** Note: To write the ISO to a USB stick, use "dd" command or "mintstick" (available in uumate repository) **
** In Windows use Rufus, get it here: https://rufus.akeo.ie/ **
** For Archlinux or Manjaro use: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/imagewriter/ **
** To speed up the install process, disable internet connection and select “3rd party software” **

You need at least 15GB for root partiton, recommended 25GB+.
After installation, run Software Updater (menu/system/administration/software updater) to get the latest kernel&updates.

Live session default Username: ubuntu-mate Default Password: blank (nothing/empty), just press enter.

Use "mate-tweak" to revert to marco (the default mate window manager).
This is very similiar to my other project based on xubuntu, you can get more info here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/uxubos/files/

This ISO is helpful for people trying to install linux for the first time when trasitioning from windows environment. It has plenty of software pre installed with full internet and multimedia support. Very usefull as live media as well.
It has audio/video codecs, flashplayer, java, google-chrome, telegram, teamviewer, twitter, etc...

Disclaimer: All the usual “I'm not responsible for anything” applies here;
I'm NOT responsible for any Data Loss or damage to your system. I don't plan to offer any support in near future, as I'm not a programmer or a coder, just started this project to help new linux users coming from windows environment.
