	uTIlzReg_LDDMM INTERFACE:

The Python GUI for uTIlzReg_LDDMM is an optionnal tool created to simplify the use of the uTIlzReg_LDDMM software. It provides a user friendly interface that allows you to select the images and the setting values you want and launch the command line for you. It also provides you a very simple but easy to use 2D vizualisation tool.
Thanks to Python portability you can run the uTIlzReg_LDDMM Interface on Windows, MacOSX and Linux systems.
