Unreal Tournament Handler for KVIrc Files

After INSTALL-steps:

Pick Unreal Tournament Handler -> UTHandler Setup from menu

We're trying to keep as simple as possible, but few questions are unanswered.

IMPORTANT: If you are upgrading from 0.5.x, be carefull, the Favourites changed, and
you have an option to "Cast" server as Ut3, Ut99 or Ut2004. If you do, that server
will only appear on the correct tab on favourites.

FAQ:

Q: I have to set up my UT3.exe / Ut2004.exe / UnrealTournament.exe to use this script?
A: Yes, its using the command line to start UT. On Windows you have plenty
of way to install that stuff. This is the most easy way to set up correctly.

Q: Why do I have to give the Gamespy Login and password for the script?
A: Well, it's not neccessary, UTHandler working without it, BUT: if you set this 
up correctly, you don't need to click on the main screen, its log in automatically
and joins to the server with your Loginname and Settings.

Q: I don't have Start UT* item in my popupmenu after clicking a link. What should I do?
A: Enable UT* with the tickbox and set up paths / logins if it not set.

Uninstall: /ut::config::uninstall
It removes everything except your config file. 

License: GPL as KVIrc. You can freely modify, copy, print, eat. If you want to
help, send back your modify, and if its good to built in, I ll build in in the
next "release".
