The drupal userdashboard module allows the user to create his dashboard (display allowed blocks as he wants). All available blocks (allowed by the site admin) from different modules can be displayed by the user as he wants.

    No way to contact developers about questions, no support, no documentation, no directions on how to implement it on your site. Waste of time if you're not already savy to PHP and programing Drupal modules.
