UrbanTerror 4.1 Mapping Setup Files

This installer does the following:
1.) Asks where your current installation of UrbanTerror is
2.) Asks where you want your development installation of UrbanTerror to be

The install process: (After the above information is provided)
1.) it copies all of the contents of the UrbanTerror installation to the working install directory.
2.) it removes extra .pk3 files from the working directory (NOT the original)
3.) it extracts the zpak000.pk3 and zpak000_assets.pk3 files using the included unzip binary (This is the DOS windows that come up, both show the files they are extracting)
4.) it deletes the contents of the maps folder (to clean up the working space in the working directory)
5.) it extracts files into q3ut4 and baseq3 (stuff like urbanterror.def, shaderlist.txt, etc.)
6.) it installs the gtk-2.10.13 environment for GtkRadiant
7.) it installs GtkRadiant with the default settings
8.) it installs Q3Map2Toolz (this one actually shows what it is doing, you have to go through the installer)
9.) it copies configuration files to the Q3Map2Toolz directory
10.) it adds registry entries to HKCU\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Q3Map2Toolz\    (this allows Q3Map2Toolz to work without configuration)
11.) it copies configuration files for GtkRadiant 1.5.0 to the C:\Program Files\GtkRadiant 1.5.0\q3.game directory
12.) it saves a customized version  of C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\RadiantSettings\1.5.0\q3.game\local.pref (so that GtkRadiant works without configuration)
