jQuery's license, which is where we got the files under js/ is
(MIT|GPL), a copy of each license is available in this repository (GPL
is available as js/gpl.txt, MIT as js/jquery-licence.txt).

Bootstrap which is located under js/ is (MIT|GPL), a copy of 
its license is available in this repository (GPL is available as 
js/gpl.txt, MIT as js/bootstrap-licence.txt).

DataTables which is located under js/DataTables is released under (MIT|GPL),
a copy of its license is available in this repository (GPL is available as 
js/gpl.txt, MIT as js/DataTables/licence.txt).

Colorbox which is located under js/ is released under the [MIT license]
(http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php).

PHPMailer which is located under js/utils is distributed under the
