UiUnit

UiUnit is a tool that assists test generation for C++ applications based on graphical interfaces. This tool transforms scenarios into system tests. Scenarios must be written using a specific XML template. The generated tests verify the behavior described by these scenarios, applying input steps directly on the GUI. The tool eases test maintenance since the test modules are generated automatically. Moreover, it increases the reliability of the software under test, since it allows applying principles of test driven development to user interfaces, and due to the fact that the scenarios may serve both as a means to specify the behavior using examples, as well as a means to generate the test modules.
