uak Files

The supplied rpm was built el7.x86_64 which will work under RHEL7,
RHEL8, and some SLES11. Use 'rpmbuild *.el7.src.rpm --rebuild'
to build for a different architecture.

The rpm installs to /usr/local by default.
Use 'rpm -ivh --relocate /usr/local=/usr' for /usr.
