Neue Features
- Winget will now be installed or updated if necessary to enable installation on newly installed Windows installations
- VC Runtimes will now be downloaded with a separate Dwonloader, and downloads will be checked; if a file is missing, Winget will replace the installation
- New clean up method
- new ending screen
- At the end of the full installation, a SFC scan (system file checker) will run and scan for broken Windows files
- You can now choose if you want to search for updates with Winget or if you want to make a SFC scan like mentioned above
Bugs fixed
- Spelling mistake mentioned in issue [#7] has been fixed and the whole text renewed
- Sooo many spelling issues has been fixed and german text has been removed
