uAVD - (micro) simple and lightweight Analog Video Decoder application software

**** The basic capabilities:

- obtain IQ passband stream from the uSDR host application via uSDR-TCP link
- demodulate and decode the video data within a software
- visualize a picture
Supported modulations:
- AM (broadcast analog television)
- FM (FPV drone video links)
- RAW (composite output from VHS, camcorders, game consoles ...)
Supported video modes (auto recognize):
- NTSC
- PAL
- SECAM (to do)
Supported visualization modes:
- GrayScale
- Full color picture
- Full/cropped frame
- Borderless main form (double click to toggle)
- Show statistics

**** How to install and run:
  Just unzip the archive and launch uAVD.release.exe

**** How to use:

1. Run and configure uSDR
  1.1 Select and run a device
  1.2 Set a pass band to the signal
  1.3 Enable band processing
  1.4 Enable IQ TCP server

2. Run and configure uAVD
  2.1 Specify host and port for uSDR-TCP link
  2.2 Hit "On" button
  2.3 Select a proper modulation
  2.4 Enjoy
