Beckhoff TwinCAT ADS Communication Driver

This driver is used for reading/writing values from a remote TwinCAT system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This driver uses TCP/IP for communications and does not pass through the TwinCAT router.
The incurrs the following limitations:
- The driver will not communicate to TwinCAT if it is on the same PC
- If a router entry has been created in the remote syste, TwinCAT will block communications to the driver

This driver is ideally suited for creating applications that will run on PCs that will never have TwinCAT installed nor
used for programming TwinCAT
