The configs are all inside each . $Folder

you can extract this tarball into your $home
(but be sure to edit everything for your $user)
by doing

$tar -xvzf fluxtoo.tar.gz

You want to get it after ur done installing Gentoo or FreeBSD ?
You can ;) by fetching it or wget it.
