This is a first draft for getting the Ercoftac Centrifugal Pump test case working on OpenFOAM 2112.

Following steps will be done:

Step 1, get reference files: DONE.
Step 2, have a mesh running on OpenFOAM 2112: DONE.
Step 3, have a first running test case on OpenFOAM 2112: DONE.
Step 4, have a validating solution with proper boundary conditions and numerics for OpenFOAM 2112: WORK IN PROGRESS.
Step 5, have postprocessing results and comparison with measurements: TO BE DONE.
Step 6, improve efficiency and robustness of the previous steps: TO BE DONE.

Any contribution for Steps 4-6 is much appreciated.
