This open source project contains source and objects for a project I call a Trigger Mediator. 

A Trigger Mediator is a program that lives between a DB2 (IBM i, AS/400, iSeries) database table and a Trigger Service program. 

The Mediator "Mediates" requests between the database and logic that implements what you want to do with the trigger (The Trigger Service program).
