You can use your own icons or use the +/- for expansion and contraction, or use the icons given with the program I have here (I am no artist as you can tell). +/- is fastest and requires no image loading.

  • you can use your own 3 images (open folder, close folder, item)

  • requires Javascript on web browser to run
  • degrades gracefully to nested UL-LI-UL-LI type of list (see demo page in zip file for example)
  • works nicely with search engines because it is a nested UL type of list
